Independent vendors. Boats, buses, houses, catering, and entertainment are operated by independent licensed and insured vendors. Each booking sits under that vendor’s own terms, insurance, and cancellation policy. We coordinate the weekend. We are not the captain, the coach operator, the host of the listing, or the chef unless a given confirmation says otherwise. Read what the vendor sends you before you pay a deposit.
Things we do not control. Weather on Biscayne Bay, a marina holding a hull, a building desk that will not take a group, a restaurant that lost a reservation, traffic on the causeway, and venue door policy are third-party conditions. We plan around them. We cannot promise a sky, a slip, or a table that another business owns. If weather or a vendor forces a change, that change follows the vendor’s rules, not a guarantee on this website.
Using the site. Use the pages for planning. Do not scrape, copy, or republish the content as your own.
