What we roll. Tables for beer pong and ping pong. Yard games if there’s grass that isn’t a gravel strip. Obstacle pieces and bounce houses when the yard and the listing allow them. Fog machines, confetti cannons, snow machines for the house hour. You pick the pieces on the call. We pack what the address can take, not a catalog dump into a two-bedroom.
Power, space, permission. Bounce houses and some obstacle setups want a circuit and a footprint. Fog and haze need a yes from the venue or the building before we load them. Hotels and most Brickell desks say no. Fire panels get jumpy. A mainland house with high ceilings and no alarm in the party room is a different conversation than a South Beach suite. If they say no, we light the room without haze. Confetti: ask about cleanup and whether the listing hates you for it. Snow machines: indoor versus patio, and where the melt goes.
Delivery, setup, pickup. We arrive before the group. Setup is done so you’re not building a table at 8 p.m. Pickup is the next morning or checkout, on the window we set. Freight elevator or a ground-floor door. If your desk only allows load-in at 2 and the house hour is 9, say so on the first call. Halloween Saturday operators are on a clock.
A beer-pong table needs a room that isn’t the only hallway. A bounce house needs a yard, not a balcony. Ping pong needs a rectangle people can walk around. We cut the piece if the unit can’t take it. You still have a house.
Keep games inside the unit if the listing is nervous. Brickell desks and Beach neighbors end nights. The house is why you rented the house. Hotel hallways are not a venue.
This sits next to house rentals and the entertainment hour. Bachelor party packages put games on the same setup truck as the costume cases when you booked both. You can rent the tables alone.
