You get one person on the phone for bachelor party packages in Miami from the first call through Sunday checkout. Dates, headcount, where you’re sleeping, what the groom actually wants. We sequence the weekend so the boat, the house, dinner, and the ride between them aren’t five group chats.
What to have ready when you call. The weekend. A real headcount — the people coming, not the original sixteen. Whether you already have a house or you need that too. A budget shape: house and a boat, or house and a boat and a table. What he already said yes to. Physical IDs for anyone going through a door. That’s enough for a first quote. Call (786) 244-3811 with those and we’ll tell you what to lock this week.
What gets booked first, and why. Boat charters first. A four-hour run out of Haulover or Miami Beach, Nixon sandbar, coolers, a clock that starts at the dock. Hulls disappear before Airbnbs on holiday weekends. Memorial Day, Spring Break, Art Basel, F1, New Year’s, the Saturday around Halloween: two to three months. A normal weekend: four to six weeks is enough if you move. Dinner can shift a night. The slip can’t.

Haulover puts you closer to the sandbar. A river departure can eat the first hour getting out. Ask where the boat leaves before you fall in love with a photo. Half-day is about four hours and it fits most lists of 8 to 16. Full-day if you’re adding fishing or skis and you’re not also stacking a 1 p.m. cabana.
Then the house. Then Friday dinner. Then how you move. House rentals that sleep the list beat a hallway of hotel rooms. Kitchen, a living room, a pool if you can get one. Miami Beach short-term listings that say no parties mean you. Mainland houses give you different rules than the Beach. Read the listing. If it won’t take you, we go to a hotel block. South Beach is the walkable sleep; Brickell is the dining room that holds fourteen.
Friday dinner is a reservation for the full group, one name, card on file, two weeks out on a normal weekend, longer on those holiday Saturdays. Auto-grat at this size is the tip. Put it in the pot. Little Havana on Sunday is the exit meal if flights aren’t at 6. Catering at the house on Friday keeps the list in one place so Saturday still has a boat in it.
Twelve guys and rideshare after dinner is how you lose the groom on the causeway. Party bus rental, roughly 14 to 40 passengers, is for the night you leave the neighborhood. Daytime on South Beach you can walk. Brickell and Wynwood need the vehicle. We time pickup to the check, not to the reservation time printed on OpenTable.
What we handle versus what the group handles. We handle the vendors that need one card and one name: charter, lodging when you don’t have it, dinner, bus, daybed if you want one, game rentals and production delivered to the house before you land, themed parties if the group is dressing, entertainment if you want a performer on a clock. You handle flights, personal Ubers to MIA or FLL, and anything someone adds in the thread at 1 a.m. Collect before anyone lands. One organizer card on file.
Deposits follow the vendor. Boats and houses take money to hold the date. We tell you what has to move this week versus what can wait until the headcount firms up. No-shows still cost you the charter. Recalculate when the list shrinks. Call for a quote on your dates and group size — the weekend, the hull, and whether you’re in November or Art Basel week change the number.
How the first call actually runs. You talk to someone who books these weekends, not a form. You leave with a sequence: boat day, sleep, Friday dinner, Saturday night yes or no. Games, a chef, lights, a photo booth, costumed performers — that’s a house hour with a load-in. We add those after the spine is locked. You need dates and a count.
Three nights is the shape most groups end with. Friday land, Saturday on the water, Sunday Cuban food and a van to the airport. A Monday holiday is four nights and you book it that way. June through September, assume an afternoon storm and a living room to fall back on. Water on the bus. Physical ID for any door. 21+ almost everywhere that checks.
Ready with dates and a headcount: (786) 244-3811. One call. We put the weekend in order.
