You book a window, a place to change, and the character. That’s how the team at Bachelor Parties Miami staffs a Halloween house — a professional in costume, on a clock, doing a job. Not a surprise you spring on a room that didn’t ask.
What the booking actually is
A start time. A set length. A door that closes. They arrive in street clothes, change on site, work the room, change back, leave. You need a bathroom with a lock and a guest list that already knows a performer is coming. If half the house didn’t agree, don’t book it.
Call with the date, the headcount, the address type (house, condo, hotel), and the character you want. We’ll tell you what’s available that night. I won’t inventory a roster here. Halloween Saturday books first.
Characters, not a costume closet
Comic-book looks. Horror looks. A singing performer in full costume. Someone who roams and takes photos instead of holding the whole room. Little person performers work the same way as everyone else on the call: you book the character and the act. Same clock. Same change space. Same rule about the guest list.
Don’t send a trademarked name in a text at 10 p.m. and expect it in the bag. Name the look in one line when you book so it’s packed, not improvised.
How long a set runs
Ask on the call. House parties usually want a defined window, not an open tab until 4 a.m. Build it after dinner or in the gap after people get back from the boat and before you leave for a reservation. Don’t put a performer on the dock. Don’t put them in a hotel hallway. The unit has to be yours.

Where it sits on the timeline
Day: boat or pool, clothes that get wet. Evening: shower, dinner reservation. Then the set, or the set then you go out. If you’re going to a room with a door, the performer is a house hour, not a plus-one at the club. Clubs don’t want that and neither does the performer.
Mixed groups: say so. The act has to work for the people in the room, not for a bachelor list you had in your head. Couples in the house changes the booking. Kids anywhere in the unit kills a lot of looks. Say it up front.
Condo desks and hotels
Street clothes in, street clothes out. If the desk already hates vendors, pick another address. Halloween weekend on Miami Beach is when listings mean “no parties.” Don’t fight it.
